Sometimes, the simplest secrets are the ones sitting right in front of us.

We can spend hours looking for complicated explanations to life’s little mysteries, only to realize that the answer was visible from the beginning. The human brain has a remarkable ability to turn something simple into something much more difficult than it actually is.

At first, it seems completely ordinary.
